Mr. Gray is a seasoned IT professional with more than twenty years of Information Security experience. He specializes in critical infrastructure protection (CIP) Cyber Security standards, operating system and network security, and vulnerability risk assessments. He is proficient with a broad array of system and network security solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, numerous application servers and embedded systems.

Earlier during his career at Fidelity Investments, Mr. Gray was a member of the core network architecture team building out the firm’s considerable privately operated global networks, including LANs, MANs and WANs for multibuilding campuses and mid-range data centers.

Prior to joining Network & Security Technologies, Mr. Gray worked at Bolt, Beranek, and Newman (BBN) / GTE Internetworking. While with BBN, he provided consulting services to assess and deploy updated security technology on global networks, strategized architecture and policy, performed comprehensive network and operational assessments for international ILECs throughout the Americas in the US, Canada, the Caribbean, and South America.

Following BBN, Mr. Gray was Chief Technologist at 10kInfo Incorporated in Bellevue, WA with a product line focused on corporate accountability and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. While at 10kInfo, he held strategic product roles, directed information security policy and IT governance, and delivered a comprehensive range of technology services to produce a resilient and secure enterprise.

Mr. Gray joined Network & Security Technologies in July 2011, and lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife Kolya.

4/19/2012 - FERC approves Version 4 of the NERC CIP Standards
